We base our work in 3 special spa and wellness resorts in Thailand; Chiva Som in Hua Hin, and Baan Saen Doi Spa Resort and Baan Deva mountainside retreat both in Chiang Mai. These offer a full range of wonderful spa and wellness treatments and together offer something to suit all budgets. The spa therapists in both Chiva Som and Baan Saen Doi have been trained at the prestigious Chiva Som Academy in Bangkok.

During your stay at either of these resorts you be either indulging in a range of wonderful spa treatments, including De-Stress Spa and Massage Treatment, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage Therapy and Herbal Compress Treatment  or talking to your own Life Change Practitioner following our unique Life Change Course, sorting out all your problems and difficulties.

To give a flying start to your holiday with us your first session will be spent discussing the results of your Personality Profile Feedback Report with our psychologist. This is a Licensed Questionnaire and is unavailable to the general public, it is unlike questionnaires that most people would be familiar with. It will provide insight to your personality as well as identifying possible barriers to change and will indicate therapeutic ways forward that can be followed up in subsequent sessions.

Towards the end of your spa and wellness holiday we will help you put together your change plan. This details the changes that you will make on your return home and how you want to make use of your follow up online-counselling support from us.  This really does ensure that the changes that you make with us don’t disappear as soon as you return home.
