Your holiday condenses 4 months of counseling, life coaching and therapy into a unique 16 hour individual program which allows you to sort out problems and make changes, in stunning settings… at half the cost. It’s an amazing week or two of relaxation, tailor made trips and treats.

Every day you’ll meet with Chrissy or Luke or Alex, your counselor who’ll lead you through your tailor made program. This process starts with your Personality Profile and works towards your Life Change Holiday Plan.
We are qualified senior counseling practitioners with over 100 years combined experience. Over the past 20 years we have been working with advances in motivational psychology, personality profiling and evidence based counseling interventions. We have lots of experience and knowledge of helping people change.

Location
We use a handful of beautiful boutique partner hotels in Chiang Mai, Thailand. All are small, 5* privately owned hotels where you will feel relaxed and at home. Stay in your own private suit with its own jacuzzi pool or hidden away garden room overlooking the swimming pool. Most women tend to stay at Puripunn Hotel which is hidden away in the heart of the old town in a beautiful 5* oasis. Wake up on your first morning surrounded by orchids, blue skies and complete tranquility.
