We launched our unique Life Change Holidays in London in 2005. Since then we have helped 1,000’s of people change their lives and improve their relationships. We are immensely pleased to offer these specialist holidays within an hour of London on the Essex coast.

The holidays work in exactly the same way as our overseas holidays. All of them are designed to produce rapid change by using research based motivational therapy, and condensing into 3 or 4 days what ordinarily might take up to 6 months to achieve in normal weekly Counselling and Life Coaching sessions.
